PROJECT DEVELOPERS:

ENNIO BILANCINI is associate professor of economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, in the “Marco Biagi” Economics Department. In 2007 he obtained a PhD in Economics at the University of Siena, researching social Economics and the Theory of Games. He has held courses in Microeconomics, Industrial Organisation, Theory of Games and the History of the Economic Thinking at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the University of Siena. He has published papers in international scientific magazines such as European Economic Review, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization and Social Indicators Research.

LEONARDO BONCINELLI is associate professor of economics at the University of Florence, in the Business and Management Department. In 2007 he obtained a PhD in Economics at the University of Siena, researching evolutionary economics and the theory of games. He has lectured in Microeconomics and the Theory of Games at the University of Pisa, the Scuola Superiore S. Anna and the University of Siena. He has published articles in international scientific magazines such as Berkeley Journal of Theoretical EconomicsEuropean Economic ReviewGames and Economic BehaviorJournal of Public Economics and Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.

ALAN MATTIASSI is a psychologist and independent researcher. In 2015 he obtained a PhD in Multimedia Communication at University of Udine with a thesis on social cognitive neuroscience. His interests include mental processes and representations in games, in strategical thinking, in learning and in subjectivity. He has taught Neuroscience applied to Robotics and Videogames at the University of Udine. He published his findings in the international scientific journals Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience and Journal of Experimental Psychology: Human Perception and Performance.

ANDREA ALBERTAZZI graduated in Economics and Public Policy at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2013. He was responsible for the SQ test carried out at PLAY2014.

SIMONE BOCCALLETTI graduated in Economics and Public Policy at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2014. He was responsible for the SQ test carried out at PLAY2014.

GIULIA CARALLO is a third year student doing an Economic and Finance degree at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She was responsible for database management of the SQ test carried out at PLAY2013 and their data processing, and dealt with development of this website.

MICHELE GARAGNANI graduated in in Economics and Public Policy at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2013. He was responsible for the SQ test carried out at PLAY2013 and PLAY2014.

STELA GJYZELAJ is preparing a master’s degree in Urban Development Planning at the University of Florence. She was responsible for the SQ tests carried out at PLAY2014.

GABRIELE GUAITOLI is a third year student in Economics and Finance at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He was responsible for the SQ tests carried out at PLAY 2015.

GIULIA ROMANI is a third year student in the Economics and Finance degree at the Economics Department “Marco Biagi” among the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. She was responsible for the SQ tests carried out at PLAY 2014.

FRACESCA PERO has recently obtained a PhD in Philosophy of Science from the University of Florence defending a thesis about scientific representation. She holds an M.Phil in Logic and Philosophy of Science (University of Florence) and a MSc in History and Philosophy of Science (London School of Economics and Political Science). Her interests range from the use of models in science to the historical analysis of the philosophical approaches to theories and models, as well as mathematical logic, with a focus on model-theory. She was responsible for the SQ test carried out at PLAY 2013, at MENSA 2014 and PLAY2015.

ENRICO SODACCI graduated in Information Technology at the University of Perugia in 2010. He is an analyst programmer with a passion for role-playing games (digital and non) and game design in general. He was responsible for development of this website and he is the IT consultant for the SQ project.

FEDERICO VACCARI graduated in Economics and Public Policy at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2012 and he is now a PhD student in Economics at the University of Essex. He was responsible for the SQ test carried out at PLAY2013.
